To transfer over your Real Estate License:
Your current Broker must first terminate you, (Form 505).
Email over the following (4) Items:
- NV Referrals License Hanging Agreement
- Real Estate License Change Form- NRED 504
- w-9
- copy of Driver's License.
(Copy of voided check is needed if you prefer referral fees to be mailed out directly from Wells Fargo rather than by Zelle. Allow 10-14 days for check to arrive).
NRED charges $20 to move over your license.
(Referral Fees Paid Within 1 Business Day Upon Receipt of Brokerage Commission)
FORMS
(Please include a copy of your driver's license and voided check, if your preferred method of payment is by check).
Licensee is responsible to provide Broker with the correct NRED Form.
